We know what you were wondering when you heard Rae Sremmurd's "No Flex Zone" and "No Type" this year: "When is that album dropping?" The answer is Jan. 6, when Swae Lee and Slim Jimmy dump their debut, SremmLife, on the public via Ear Drummer/Interscope.

Mike WiLL Made-It is on the beats, per usual.

"The album came together so easily and organically-it was really a fun album to make," an official statement from the producer read (via Pitchfork). "I'm just as excited about this album as I was about Miley Cyrus' album, as I was about Future's album. This album is as special to me as any project I've ever been involved with. People are learning now that these guys are superstars, they're here to stay. SremmLife is just round one."

Swae and Slim recently dropped the video for "Illest Walking," in which Jimmy returns to the theme of flexing, and according to our own Ryan Middleton, keeps the same meter and rapping style we heard in previous tunes (via Rap Genius).

The duo also recently announced their next single, "Throw $um Mo," featuring Young Thug and Nicki Minaj, which is set for release on iTunes Dec. 9.

Oh, and they won a "Hood Grammy" from Drake:
