Cold War Kids didn't waste any time pushing out a follow-up to 2013's Dear Miss Lonelyhearts.

Hold My Home, the band's fifth studio album, will be released on Oct. 21. The band has already released lead single "All This Could Be Yours," but they offered up the new album title and tracklist this week.

According to Consequence of Sound, the new disc was produced by guitarist Dan Gallucci and collaborator Lars Stalfors (The Mars Volta, Matt and Kim) at the band's own studio in San Jose, California.

Here's the tracklist for Hold My Home:

    01. All This Could Be Yours
    02. First
    03. Hot Coals
    04. Drive Desperate
    05. Hotel Anywhere
    06. Go Quietly
    07. Nights & Weekends
    08. Hold My Home

Our own Caitlin Carter detailed the track in June:

The pop-sensible track features Nathan Willett's vocal cries over sharp, booming guitar licks and striking piano chords.

"I have been waiting, but you would need a sign," he sings. "All of this could be yours, be yours tonight. I have been patient, but you've got to try. All of this could be yours, be yours tonight."

The band doesn't really hit the road until October, but they're playing two music festivals in September. Check out the full tour schedule:
