Beyoncé's impact is undeniable. Not only did her latest album release, Cowboy Carter, help Black country artists spike their streaming numbers on music platforms, but the musician also helped boost pants sales after the release of "Levii's Jeans," her duet with Post Malone.

According to Taste of Country, retail data company Pass_By reported that the brand saw a 19.87 percent foot traffic spike in their brick-and-mortar stores compared to their numbers over the past few years. In addition, the famed clothing brand's stock price has also increased.

"Amidst a digital shopping era, the tangible experiences offered by physical stores, when amplified by cultural icons like Beyoncé, become not just relevant but vital," the VP of Marketing at Pass_By, James Ewen, said in a statement.

He added that Beyoncé's impact didn't just boost the brand's foot traffic, but she also contributed to the cultural movement that showed the relationship between a celebrity's influence and "retail dynamism."

Levi's Jeans Celebrated Beyoncé's Cowboy Carter Release

To celebrate the song's release, Levi's Jeans added an extra "i" on their social media profiles as a nod to the song's spelling. Many tracks from Cowboy Carter have two 'i's in them, as it is Act II of her trilogy. (via The Forward)

One possible reason the singer seemingly paid homage to the brand was that Levi's Jeans is the pioneer of denim jeans and has been synonymous with cowboys for more than a century.

"Denim on denim on denim on denim / Give you high fashion in a simple white tee / Give you these blues, it's in my genes," Beyoncé sang on her track.

Today, jeans have become extremely popular outside of cowboy culture, and they are a staple in most wardrobes because of their comfort and durability.

Beyoncé 'Cowboy Carter' Success

Cowboy Carter has amassed massive success since its release based on its sales and streaming numbers.

Hits Daily Double reported that the record is projected to sell more than 400,000 units in its first week, a combined figure of streaming and physical sales data.

In addition, Cowboy Carter has also broken Spotify records for being the most-streamed album in a single day in 2024. Amazon Music also celebrated Beyoncé as the album became the biggest debut on their platform so far and the most first-day streams for a country record by a female artist. (via CNN)
