More clues as to the nature of Q-Tip's forthcoming album, possibly titled The Last Zulu, came out on Instagram the other day, as the rapper uploaded a photo of himself with Guy and Howard Lawrence of electronic act Disclosure.

"Studio tonight with these guys," read the caption of the photo.

Disclosure have been one of the more critically acclaimed members of the EDM movement (the duo's Settle is nominated for Best Electronic/Dance Album at the Grammys this Sunday), and they've also shown interest in collaborating with performers across a number of genres. Alas, the collaboration most reported on was their failed effort with Azealia Banks, and the Twitter rant that followed.

Q-Tip is more patient, we reckon.

It's not the first clue the emcee has given as to what to expect on his new album, whenever it should drop. Back in November, Q-Tip posted a picture of himself and Kendrick Lamar in the studio together (guess he didn't mind the "Control" verse), and even earlier during 2013 the rapper stated that he'd like to get the entirety of A Tribe Called Quest, the hip-hop group that helped him rise to fame, back together in the studio. The group reportedly played its final show together as an opening act for Kanye West at Madison Square Garden during November.

Q-Tip's last project was The Abstract and The Dragon, a project featuring fellow Queens rapper Busta Rhymes. There's probably some B-Sides or verses off of that album that could be shifted over into Q-Tip's solo project as well.
