American producer and DJ Wolfgang Gartner has unveiled the release date for his new artist album. The follow-up to his 2011 debut LP Weekend in America, fans have been waiting patiently for a new album from the "Unholy" producer.

According to a new Tweet sent out by Wolfgang, the album will be released much sooner than fans might have anticipated. The still untitled LP will be release in just about two weeks on Jan. 22. He clarifies that is the U.S. release date and internationally it will be released a little while later.

There is still a lot of be known about the album including a tracklist, the title and if there are any collaborations.

Since the release of Weekend in America, Wolfgang has released quite a few singles, though his release rate has slowed down in 2013, 2014 and 2015, suggesting that he was working on the new album.

It isn't clear which of his latest singles will appear on the album, but his hip-hop-influenced tune "Turn Up" with Wiley and Trina that was released in October is supposed to be the first single. It got a pretty lukewarm reception from fans and since then Gartner has been mum on the progress about his album until now. It was probably for the best.

The LP will likely be released through his own label Kindergarten Recordings, though there could be a licensing deal with his old label Ultra Records, which is part of the Sony Records family.

Stay tuned for any new updates in the next two weeks.
