Big Sean has donated $10,000 to help families with children who have been exposed to tainted water in Flint, Michigan.

The rapper launched the #HealFlintKids fundraising campaign to raise awareness of the drinking-water crisis, which was touched off when the city began getting water from the Flint River instead of Lake Huron in an attempt to save costs. Anyone who drank the water has been exposed to lead, which can have long-term health effects, especially for children.

"I am devastated by the water crisis that has put the entire city of Flint in a state of emergency," Big Sean said in a statement, according to MTV. "In recognizing the great work that the Community Foundation of Greater Flint Michigan has been doing, it is my hope we can help by raising the money needed to ensure that the children who have been hit the hardest receive the care that they need today and well into the future."

Anyone can donate to the fundraiser. Donors who pitch in at least $10 will be entered into a contest to win VIP tickets to a Big Sean show this year. The contest closes April 30, and five winners will be announced. You can donate money and learn more about the Sean Anderson Foundation via Big Sean's site.

Meek Mill has donated 60,000 bottles of water to Flint, and challenged rival 50 Cent to match his $50,000 donation instead of beefing. No word from Fiddy on whether he'll donate.
