Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris are rumored to be secretly engaged after a ring was seen on Swift's finger during the wedding of her best friend, Britany Maack. The star couple recently celebrated their one-year anniversary as a couple through a romantic date.
They enjoyed an intimate dinner at the swanky Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Los Angeles. The "Blank Space" singer wore a black dress showing off her long legs while her DJ beau went casual in a leather jacket and sneakers.
“Taylor and Calvin looked crazy in love with each other the entire time they were eating dinner. They were laughing and smiling. And they were very sweet to a few young girls that approached them in the hotel. They were holding hands and seemed pretty affectionate with each other,” an eyewitness told HollywoodLife.
To greet them on their anniversary, an Instagram user posted a photo from the Elle Style Awards in February of 2015 when the two were introduced by Ellie Goulding.
"Calvin is a really great mate and he's so fantastic, and Taylor is such a cool person who I love. I thought, 'They're both really awesome and both really tall, they'll be brilliant together,'" Goulding said, according to Mirror UK.
Swift won three Grammys last month, but work kept her Scottish boyfriend away from her during the event. But even though he didn't see her big moment in person, he posted a photo of Swift on social media with the caption, "Congratulations to my beautiful girlfriend."
Reports claim the "Bad Blood" songstress is getting serious in her relationship with Harris and doesn't want to mix up career-related events with that of her personal life, which could explain why they were not seen together on the red carpet.
According to E! Online, this is Swift's longest relationship since Harry Styles, Joe Jonas, Taylor Lautner, John Mayer and Jake Gyllenhaal.
