Jonathan Hay is challenging a default judgment entered against him in a defamation lawsuit filed by C.J. Wallace, son of The Notorious B.I.G., claiming he was never properly served with legal papers.

According to AllHipHop, Hay filed a motion on May 26 in federal court in Tampa, Florida, requesting the court to set aside the default judgment on procedural grounds. He argues that Wallace's legal team attempted service by substitute service through the Florida Secretary of State, which Hay claims violated his due process rights.

"I was never served," Hay stated in the court filing, marking his first formal response after months of efforts by Wallace's team to locate him. Reports indicate Wallace tried at least seven times to serve Hay and considered hiring a private investigator.

The lawsuit stems from allegations made by Hay accusing Sean "Diddy" Combs of sexual assault during a 2020 studio session related to a Biggie remix project. Hay claims that Diddy physically assaulted him and coerced him into oral sex, with Wallace allegedly facilitating the incident.

Also, Hay brings up another charge regarding an alleged 2020 instance of misconduct involving a shirt formerly worn by The Notorious B.I.G. Wallace and Biggie's representatives refute the claims, calling them baseless and originating from misunderstandings regarding remixes not yet released.

Hay's legal defense emphasizes his lack of proper service and points to ongoing civil litigation in California and his cooperation with law enforcement investigating his allegations against Diddy. Multiple law enforcement agencies, including those in Los Angeles and Largo, Florida, have reportedly examined the claims.

Meanwhile, Sean "Diddy" Combs is serving a 50-month sentence at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey following his 2025 conviction on prostitution-related charges. He was acquitted of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking charges. His anticipated release date is April 15, 2028, pending any successful appeals.

Wallace's legal team opposes Hay's motion to vacate the default judgment. The case remains under judicial review as both sides prepare for further legal proceedings.

In separate news, Singer Aubrey O'Day sparked speculation after posting the cryptic message, "Size Doesn't Matter," amid controversy surrounding an alleged video involving Sean Combs and Daphne Joy, according to Hindustan Times. The post came as rapper 50 Cent publicly commented on the alleged video, escalating his ongoing feud with Diddy.

O'Day did not directly mention Diddy or the video, but many interpreted the message as a response to the situation. O'Day, a former member of Danity Kane, has been a longtime critic of Diddy and previously accused him of making unwanted advances, allegations he has denied.
