Arctic Monkeys fans are hyped after finally seeing the four-membered band perform at their comeback concert; they have not performed live since 2019.

Held at the Zorlu Center PSM in Istanbul, Turkey, the English rock band performed fan favorites like "R U Mine?" "Brainstorm," "Teddy Picker," "Do I Wanna Know," "505," "Why'd You Only Call Me When You're High?" and "I Bet You Look Good on the Dancefloor."

New Music in Sight?

As of this writing, the four-piece band is yet to announce any new music succeeding their 2018 album "Tranquility Base Hotel & Casino."

However, according to reports, they are still expected to release new music despite being on tour as drummer Mark Helders teased the band's next album.

Helders explained that the upcoming album "picks up" after "Tranquility Base Hotel & Casino."

"There are riffs in there, and [it's] a bit more uptempo, even though it's not loud," he said. "It's hard to explain!"

He added, "I mean, it's never gonna be like 'R U Mine?' and all that stuff again, you know, the heavy riffs and stuff."

In an interview with BBC, he noted that the album was "pretty much" done, save for some "bits to finish off."

Monkeys Are Back

After a few years of silence, fans are expected to see the Artic Monkeys everywhere soon. They're also headlining the 2022 Corona Capital Festival in November.

Playing in Mexico City alongside the band are Miley Cyrus, My Chemical Romance, Paramore, Lil Nas X, and more.
