Four of the most-beloved musicals on Broadway are taking their final curtain call - "The Panthom of the Opera," "Dear Evan Hansen," "Into the Woods" and "The Music Man."

With a new season coming soon, it looks like new marquees will be filling the theatres soon, especially with four huge productions leaving in the next coming months.

The Phantom of the Opera at the Majestic Theatre

Dubbed the longest-running musical in Broadway's history, "The Phantom of the Opera," which opened in 1988, will have its chandelier fall for the last time next year on February 18, 2023.

According to the show's website, "The Phantom of the Opera" will be celebrating its 35th anniversary in January, weeks before its closing show.

The show already made history as the first production to have reached 10,000 performances last February 2012. Over to the west end, it holds the title for the second-longest running musical, next to "Les Miserables."

The Guardian says that once "The Phantom of the Opera" closes, it would have logged its 13,925th performance. It would also transfer the "longest-running show" crown to "Chicago" which started in 1996, and "Lion King" in 1997.

"The Phantom of the Opera" has scored 7 Tony Awards including Best Musical and 7 Drama Desk Awards.

Dear Evan Hansen on the Music Box Theatre

Everyone is waving goodbye to the well-loved production of "Dear Evan Hansen" on Broadway as the show finally had its final curtain call last Sunday, September 18.

Although EGT-winning lead star who originated Evan Hansen, Ben Platt was not present, a plethora of the show's alumni was present at the final performance - including Andrew Barth Feldman, Jordan Fisher, Mike Faist, Alex Boniello, Zachary Piser, among many others, PEOPLE Magazine reported.

Show creators Benj Pasek, Peter Paul, and even Steven Levenson, were also present on the final show.

After more than 1,600 performances, the show is considered as Broadway's 50 longest-running musicals, after a triumphant 6-year run.

"Dear Evan Hansen" won 6 Tony Awards, including Best Musical, Best Book of a Musical, and Best Original Score, among many others.

The Music Man at the Winter Garden Theatre

Because the production could not find someone to fill in Hugh Jackman's role as Professor Harold Hill, the revival production of "The Music Man" will cap off its last tap dance on January 1, 2023.

When it closes on New Year's Day, the show will have concluded 358 regular and 46 preview performances, Deadline says.

Although it was nominated for six categories at the 2022 Tony Awards, "The Music Man" failed to take home any, but surely the Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster tandem onstage was a memory worthy of the production.

Into the Woods at St. James Theatre

Supposedly closing last August 21, "Into the Woods" has extended its run for another eight weeks, slated for its happily ever after on October 16. (via Playbill)

The star-studded cast continues to play at the St. James Theatre, starring Sara Bareilles (Waitress), Brian d'Arcy James (Shrek), Gavin Creel (Hair), Patina Miller (Kinky Boots), Julia Lester (HSMTMTS), Phillipa Soo (Hamilton), and Joshua Henry (The Scottsboro Boys).
