Beyonce was notably absent on Saturday night at the 2023 BRIT Awards.

She received two awards for "Break My Soul," including Best International Song of the Year and Best International Artist.

When the Grammy-winning singer was unable to perform at the event, fans were disappointed. It is said that she rejected because she was not paid $604,000 in talent fees.

There were many rumors that the 41-year-old mother of three requested a couple of rooms at a hotel in the heart of London to accommodate her large entourage and even additional flights for them. There is also the rumor that she wants to be paid that much to perform, of course.

She could have gone there, remarked one disgruntled Twitter user, while another added, "Imagine she attended the real event."

However, her publicist denied these outrageous claims.

Yvette Noel-Schure shut down the reports, took a picture of an article that shared the rumor, and tweeted, "This is a lie. Please do not promote inaccuracies."

In Beyonce's acceptance speech for her hit song, the "Single Ladies" singer thanked her fans and said, "The only intention for this song was to dance, so thank you for joining this dance of freedom and individuality."

"I'd want to thank all of my friends out there in Britain for your ongoing support over the years", the hitmaker stated in her acceptance speech for Best International Artist.

The "Crazy in Love" singer received 32 Grammys last week after taking home four award this year.

She won the trophy for Best Dance/Electronic Album for "Renaissance," which gave her the edge.

Despite getting to the event late, she was present at the Crypto.com arena in Los Angeles.

She received two more awards during the live show after choosing two at the afternoon's non-televised premiere.

Trevor Noah made a joke about Los Angeles traffic when she won the R&B song award for "Cuff It" since Beyonce wasn't there yet.

Georg Solt held the record for the most Grammy awards with 31 prior to the 2023 ceremony. He was a well-known musician who won the Best Opera Recording Grammy in 1997. He passed away that year.

Jay-Z, Beyonce's husband, has garnered 24 Grammy nominations. Prior to this year, he had 83 nominations, making him the most nominated person ever.
