Brev Magazine, a popular multi-media company, recently announced it will be entering the audio and music publishing spaces. Brev has chosen to rather define itself over time, growing alongside its viewership instead of being defined by its identity upon creation. Beginning as just a blog with a focus on mainly journalism, the company has managed to become now a full-fledged production company that creates and distributes written, photo, and video content across the internet.

Brevmag aims to redefine media further by being the first company to produce and release an original library of music, offering a diverse range of genres including House, Hip-Hop, Techno, Jazz, and Lofi. The musical works will be available to stream and listen to later this month on all audio-streaming platforms. The start-up looks to take advantage of its already massive presence on social media to push its original soundtracks and audio clips to the masses. In under one year, Brev Magazine has accumulated over 100 million views in total across its videos on TikTok

"It's no longer about just covering news first... It's about creating IP now," said Brad Dervishaj the founder and current CEO of Brev Magazine. Nowadays due to the accessibility of the internet, they're more players than ever in this business, that is media and attention. In the past, there used to be only a hand full of outlets that everybody would tune into for information but now anybody communicating and drawing attention over the internet is a media company.
