Later this month, the MTV EMAs will hand out its awards for the acts who have had the most success in Europe. The award show is being hosted by Ed Sheeran and Ruby Rose and to keep viewers engaged it will have performers by some of the top names in music today. Already on the bill are Jason Derulo, Twenty One Pilots and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis and now MTV has helped to fill out the lineup with fast rising acts in Tori Kelly, James Bay and Jess Glynne. All three are nominated in the Best New Act cetegory alongside Shawn Mendes and Echosmith. -

Apparently the waiting only makes desire stronger, or at least that's what Breaking Benjamin learned with its most recent release, 'Dark Before Dawn.' The band had gone more than six years without a new album but the new release debuted with 141,000 equivalent copies sold (and 135,000 actual copies, marking the group's highest sales week ever). It's also the band's first no. 1 album on the Billboard 200. Kacey Musgraves and Tori Kelly also dropped new albums. -
