It's been 18 years since Faith No More released their sixth studio effort, the completely vicious Album of the Year. The band is readying the follow-up album, and they are also hitting the road for the first time in five years this spring. Faith No More will kick off their next trek in Vancouver on April 15 and wrap things up a month later in Philadelphia. "Superhero," the second single from the band's untitled album, will drop in March. -
Faith No More Play Surprise Set at Amoeba Records for the Record Store Day Release of New Single 'Motherf--cker' [WATCH]
Faith No More surprised patrons of Amoeba Records in San Francisco yesterday (Nov. 28) in honor of the Black Friday Record Store Day release of their first single in 16 years, "Motherf--ker." The single was released on vinyl yesterday and will be available to download Dec. 9. Faith No More's follow-up to 1997's 'Album of the Year' will be out this spring. -

Faith No More Releasing New Album, Touring US In 2015
In an interview with Rolling Stone, bassist Bill Gould confirmed that his band Faith No More is planning to release a new album in April 2015, which would be their first in 18 years. The as-of-yet untitled album is currently being recorded at the band's rehearsal space in Oakland, CA, with Gould handling the production. The album will release through Faith No More's own imprint, Reclamation Records.
