She has the great house, supportive doctor husband and anything that money could buy, but the thing she has wanted most -- a family -- has felt pretty impossible, until yesterday, Feb. 9, anyway. Hochstein has confirmed that she and Lenny are expecting a baby via a surrogate after a long infertility struggle.

The reality star has talked a little bit about the shock in finding out that she was pregnant with North West because she had believed that actually conceiving a child would be difficult for her. It seems she is not having an easy time getting pregnant with a second child. According to a report by TMZ, power couple Kardashian and Kanye West have been trying to get pregnant for about nine months now, with no luck. The couple was spotted leaving her Beverly Hills's doctors office earlier this week, and sources say she has been visiting once a month in the hopes of becoming pregnant. Supposedly, three different specialists have told Kardashian that conceiving again might be a long shot at best. Sadly, she and West believed that since getting pregnant with North was so easy, then adding to the family would be a breeze. Instead, Kardashian has had no choice but to deal with whatever medical condition it is that makes conception difficult. Kim is not the only one in her family to struggle with fertility, though. Khloé Kardashian seemed to spend the majority of her marriage to Lamar Odom trying to unsuccessfully start a family.
