Seems like Drake chickened out. After launching his latest tirade against Kendrick Lamar, he took down his diss track, "Taylor Made Freestyle," on his social media pages.

The move came after Tupac Shakur's estate reportedly served him with a cease-and-desist order and a threat of a lawsuit.

Drake Scraps' Taylor Made Freestyle' Against Kendrick Lamar

Drake cleaned up his social media accounts with any traces of "Taylor Made Freestyle," the now controversial diss track he put out against Kendrick Lamar.

While its direct hit against Lamar wasn't necessarily the issue, it was his use of Tupac and Snoop Dogg's vocals generated by artificial intelligence on the track that got Tupac's estate fuming.

"The Estate is deeply dismayed and disappointed by your unauthorized use of Tupac's voice and personality," litigator Howard King wrote in the letter obtained by Billboard. "Not only is the record a flagrant violation of Tupac's publicity and the estate's legal rights, it is also a blatant abuse of the legacy of one of the greatest hip-hop artists of all time. The Estate would never have given its approval for this use."

King added that should Drake not take down the track, they would "pursue all of its legal remedies" to make him accountable for its unethical release.

In the song, which can still be seen on YouTube, the AI-generated Tupac rapped: "Kendrick, we need ya, the West Coast savior/ Engraving your name in some hip-hop history / If you deal with this viciously/ You seem a little nervous about all the publicity."

In the same letter that King wrote, he warned Drake that the use of Tupac's voice violated the late rapper's publicity rights, which talked about the "legal power to control how your image or likeness is used by others."

Drake Drags Taylor Swift, Snoop Dogg in Kendrick Lamar Feud

Taylor Swift, a collaborator of Lamar on "Bad Blood," was even roped in on the controversial song.

"But now we gotta wait a f---ing week 'cause Taylor Swift is your new Top/And if you 'bout to drop, she gotta approve/This girl really 'bout to make you act like you not in a feud," Drake rapped. "She tailor-made your schedule with Ant, you out of the loop/Hate all you corporate industry puppets, I'm not in the mood."

Similarly, Snoop Dogg, whose vocals were also generated through AI, seemed unaware of Drake's actions.

They did what? When? How? Are you sure?" he said in a new Instagram video.
