The unlikely duo of Vic Mensa and Skrillex have dropped a big one: "No Chill." Here's something that should excite both hip-hop and EDM fans alike, as big names from each genre continue to collaborate. Production creds also go to Jahlil Beats, producer of Bobby Shmurda's "Hot N*gga." The song was just premiered by Zane Lowe on Beats 1 Radio, and we've got the stream for you, via Apple Music.

Skrillex continues to experiment with different genres, all the while remaining an EDM kingpin. If you're not a fan of EDM or dubstep, try this -- the Jack Ü member comes through with a proper hip-hop beat, befit with cheeky Just Blaze-esque sampling and booming trap-inspired horns; though the latter elements are likely courtesy of Jahlil Beats.

Skrillex and Jahlil were recently spotted with guitarist Tom Morello. The three of them are reportedly working on "something epic." Stay tuned.

Vic Mensa, recently signed to Jay Z's Roc Nation (too bad this one didn't get on TIDAL), continues to forsake the eclectic electro-tinged R&B he gave us on "Down on My Luck" for something far more ferocious -- the same ultra-macho, visceral rhyming we heard on "U Mad," his recent collab with Kanye West.

We got a preview of "No Chill" about a month ago when Mensa premiered the track during a concert in L.A. At the same show, he debuted another track called "3 AM" -- look out for that in the near future.

We assume "No Chill" will be the second single, after "U Mad," off Vic's debut album, Traffic, which should be out later this year.

Get this on your weekend playlist ASAP.
