On Wednesday, Kelce appeared in a pre-Super Bowl 2024 press conference where he shared his thoughts about their relationship after failing to give the "Bejeweled" singer a friendship bracelet.
For what it's worth, the athlete admitted to attempting to connect with Swift but failing to give her his number during one of the "Eras Tour" stops he attended.
"I never thought it would've landed," Kelce said. "We're here, and we're all happy. I know that."
He disclosed how he did not think he would get a response from Swift after opening up about his interest in his podcast. One person who heard the episode told the "Anti-Hero" singer to reach out to him, and they started seeing each other afterward.
When Swift was named TIME's 2023 Person of the Year, she opened up about her beau for the first time and confirmed when exactly they started dating.
"We started hanging out right after that. So we actually had a significant amount of time that no one knew, which I'm grateful for, because we got to get to know each other," Swift said. "I think some people think they saw our first date at that game? We would never be psychotic enough to hard launch a first date."
Kelce and Swift's romance has reached a whole new level that rumors about their potential engagement emerged.
When asked about the "other ring" if the Kansas City Chiefs ended up winning the Super Bowl, the tight end finally shared what was on his mind.
"I'm focused on getting this ring, and that's all that my mind's focused on right now," he went on.
It remains unknown whether Swift can make it to the Super Bowl as she will begin the international leg of her Eras Tour.
