Shania Twain Helped Jon Bon Jovi On His Vocal Surgery

In a conversation with People magazine, Jon Bon Jovi shared that his "spirit sister," Twain, helped him get the medical help he needed to alleviate the vocal cords that were "stealing" his voice.

Reportedly, Twain and Bon Jovi had the "same doctor" and "same surgery."

"She's the only other one I've known that's ever had this surgery, with this doctor, and the only reason I found that out is because she reported it in the press," Bon Jovi told the publication after finding out that he was being treated by Robert Sataloff, Twain's doctor.

Bon Jovi recalled how Twain reassured him that it would be "OK" and how she "pulled" his leg a "little bit because she told me I'd be out there a lot sooner than I have been."

"She says, 'Well, I told you that because I knew that you might back out otherwise.' And so, I couldn't wait to get the operation," the Bon Jovi vocalist added.
