It has been nearly two weeks since Bobbi Kristina Brown was found face down in a bathtub filled with water and there still seems to be far more questions than answers about what is actually going on. We know that she has been in a medically induced coma since being hospitalized and that there has been little change in her actual prognosis. Her boyfriend, Nick Gordon is the subject of an investigation and after being banned from her hospital room by family members, he is reportedly taking legal action in an attempt to visit Brown.

She was first admitted to the hospital on Jan. 31 and that evening, Gordon got into a physical alteration with family members when he tried to visit. According to a report by Radar Online there is also a restraining order in place that prevents Gordon from being anywhere near some of Brown's family members. It seems that legal intervention may be what is necessary for him to visit but even that might be a bit iffy.

Sources close to the young couple have claimed that there has been a long history of domestic violence between Brown and Gordon. In fact, there was a 911 call made to police just a few days before she was found unresponsive in that tub. Neighbors had claimed that they were hitting each other during a fight outside of their townhouse but when police arrived, both Gordon and Brown were gone.

If police believe that Gordon had anything to do with the circumstances that resulted in Brown's current condition, then it's unlikely that he will be allowed anywhere near her, even with legal intervention. As he is trying to visit, Brown's family is still holding out hope that a miracle will save her. They issued a statement last night letting everyone know that they haven't given up faith just yet. Do you think that miracle is really going to happen? Tell usyour thoughts on this sad story in the comments below.
