Taylor Swift's continuing 1989 tour has seen some serious star-power walk across the stage night after night, with surprise guests appearing more popular, unexpected and well, strange, as the world tour progresses. For the "Blank Space" singer's fifth and final gig of her residency at Los Angeles Staple Center, Swift brought Justin Timberlake, Selena Gomez and actress Lisa Kudrow to the stage who reprised her favored role as Friends' sidesplitting and oddly unique, Phoebe Buffay.

Holding her acoustic guitar in one hand, Swift introduced Kudrow to the stage as her fictional character in order to collaborate on a rendition of Buffay's original "Smelly Cat," Rolling Stone reports. In true Phoebe fashion, she offered snide yet comical remarks to Swift, such as, "That was good, but you have to really feel the lyrics," she said in front of the roaring audience before showing Swift how it's really done.

Further surprising already hyped up fans, the 1989 singer also brought out "musical crush" Justin Timberlake and bestie Selena Gomez for her Los Angeles. gig where the former N'Sync band member made his first appearance since becoming a father--the two delivered his The 20/20 Experience hit, "Mirrors."

Gomez and Swift tackled the summer anthem, "Good For You," while Gomez later shared a photo of the two, reminiscing their long-time friendship and musical careers. "After nearly eight years of friendship, I just can't wait to tell our kids we actually got to perform in front of thousands of insanely beautiful people together twice," she wrote. "I love you Tay."

Most recently, Swift introduced Alanis Morissette to the stage for "You Oughtta Know," just ahead of Jagged Little Pill's 20th anniversary as well as uniting with Beck and St Vincent for a cover of Beck's "Dreams." Ryan Adams also revealed to fans that he would craft a full 1989 cover album, which is currently at the "finish line" ready to be mixed and mastered this week, NME notes.
