Welsh DJ, producer Sasha has announced that he is taking a break from touring to focus on making music and so he can spend time with his family. The Grammy nominated DJ announced on his Facebook that after a long and very busy summer on the festival circuit, it was time for him to be home and finish off demos and half-finished tracks he has on his laptop.
He also makes it clear that he has "a couple of big projects" lineup for next year and he needs to focus on those just right. Fans who are worried that he will become a hermit need not worry as the former John Digweed partner will share snippets of what is in the works during his studio sessions. He will be back on the road in December, presumably for a stretch of shows during the holiday period.

Sasha not released much music in the past few years. The DJ shared two brand new singles "Vapourspace" and "Ether" over the summer, which became a staple in the sets of his peers. He releases the third edition of his celebrated Involver compilation in 2013, but there hasn't been an EP or album of originals in years. This hopefully will give him time to complete tracks for something like that and help with his label Last Night On Earth.
