Bitter's Kiss, aka singer-songwriter Chloe Baker, recently released her new EP entitled Love Won't Make You Cry, featuring a number of instant hits in the indie-folk genre. The young musician really shows her maturity on this collection of songs, which has us excited for her promising future. You can listen to a stream of this new EP right here.

Ranging from simple song structure and composition to deep, lyrical expression, Bitter's Kiss has the makings of exceptional talent and songwriting combined. This new EP only features a handful of tracks, but it is just a taste of what's to come for Baker and her music.

You can hear influences from modern performers like Regina Spektor, Lana Del Rey and more, and still hear the presence of Carole King, Sarah McLachlan and others. Basically, I'm impressed and I want to hear more!
