Dr. Dre's aneurysm became an inspiration to other people, as well, including Eminem and Snoop Dogg.
It all happened in January 2021 when Dr. Dre's doctors seemingly lost their hope that the rapper would die because of brain aneurysm. Fortunately, he was given another life and survived the near-death experience.
The event became life-changing for Eminem and Snoop Dogg, as well, as it helped them repair their relationship and resolve the beef.
Speaking with his longtime manager Paul Rosenberg on "SiriusXM's Paul Pod: Curtain Call 2," the "Real Slim Shady" rapper recalled the issue he had with Snoop Dogg. For what it's worth, the two rappers first marked their collaboration two decades ago.
However, their relationship turned bitter in 2020 when Snoop Dogg insulted Eminem. This caused the 49-year-old to diss him in his songs.
But Dr. Dre's hospitalization eventually inspired them to let go of the past.
"We were like, bro this is stupid. This is stupid as hell to be feuding right now. So I don't remember if I called him, or he called me, I can't remember, but we talked it out," he said, as quoted by PEOPLE.
Dr. Dre only found out about his life-threatening condition when he visited the hospital that month. He then underwent tests while the medical staff always woke him up every hour for two weeks.
What Caused Snoop Dogg, Eminem's Beef?
Eminem added that the tension between them was seemingly caused by a miscommunication over their planned collaboration.
He first featured Snoop Dogg alongside Xzibit, Nate Dogg, and Dre on his "B*tch Please II." The rapper then said that something seemingly got lost in translation after the 50-year-old requested him to be featured on his track.
Rosenberg himself could recall the conversation. He noted that a member of Snoop Dogg's team probably relayed the message - about Eminem wanting to hear the song first - in a wrong way.

The duo proved their improving relationship when they performed together at the MTV Video Music Awards.
It was not the first time Eminem opened up about Snoop Dogg's comments, though. Last year, he told Shade 45 that the comments caught him off-guard.
Meanwhile, Snoop Dogg praised him during his interview with "The Breakfast Club" in October 2021. At that time, he revealed he apologized to Eminem again for the comments, saying he makes mistakes and he is not perfect.
