Ozzy Osbourne shared the struggles he went through over the last few years.

The Prince of Darkness recently sparked concerns about his health as he looked frailer than ever in his recent public outing. Aside from his own issues, he and his family also faced a problem after his wife, Sharon Osbourne, was hospitalized following a medical emergency.

To share more of the things he struggled with, Osbourne sat down for an interview with Billboard. During the interview, he mainly focused on the Grammy nominations he scored for his "Patient Number 9" album and his collaboration with Eric Clapton and Jeff Beck.

Elsewhere in the interview, the Black Sabbath rocker mentioned some of the health issues he faced - and is still facing - in the last four years.

"The last four years have been sheer hell for me," he said. "I've been in such a bad... health-wise. Plus I got Parkinson's diagnosis. But I'm... you know, [it] takes a lot to hold me down."

This year, Osbourne underwent a life-altering surgery to realign the pins in his neck and back after his 2019 fall.

His recent comment about his health resonated with the statement he told Forbes in a separate interview. The "One of Those Days" hitmaker said the neck surgery he received prevented him from touring at the beginning of the lockdown. Unfortunately, he is still suffering now that he still cannot mark his comeback on stage.

Although he felt better than before, Osbourne has issues with balance and stability. To work on those issues, he revealed he has been working out with new apparatuses to feel okay and get back on track again.

While recuperating, Osbourne pledged to get back on the stage soon and gave a timeline to do so. He hinted at the possibility of performing again by May 2023. His "No More Tour 2" initially started in 2018 but has since been put on hold.

As he waits for a chance to return, Osbourne can enjoy the spotlight for now after being nominated for Best Rock Album for "Patient Number 9." The rocker also scored a nomination for Best Rock Song, Best Metal Performance, and Best Rock Performance at the 2023 Grammy Awards.
