Madonna received an overwhelming amount of support after announcing her upcoming "Greatest Hits" 40th-anniversary tour for this year and it appears that more fans have a chance to see her perform live as she added more dates; is she going to a city near you?

According to NBC Chicago, the queen of pop has added a second show to several North American cities she initially announced. She also added a third show in New York City.

The musician would be performing at a second show in the following cities: Montreal, Seattle, Toronto, Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Boston, and Miami.

The tour will kick off at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia, in Canada on July 15, 2023, before visiting other cities across North America.

Madonna will also have concerts across Europe and the United Kingdom beginning at The O2 in London, UK, on October 14, 2023.

For fans who are interested in seeing the pop star perform live, more information about the complete tour dates, tickets, and venues is available on her official website.

The latest news comes after the "Like A Virgin" songstress came under fire after it was reported that some seats for her show nearly sell for thousands of dollars.

The Daily Mail UK reported that the reason why some of her passes are expensive is that she only has one tour date in the UK, meaning many of the pre-sale tickets are being re-sold up to seven times compared to their original price.

General admission tickets are originally priced at almost $500, but some ticket-selling websites sell them for a whopping $3000.

Many fans expressed their dismay online, with one user writing, "Ticketmaster should be ashamed of themselves with these platinum surge prices for Madonna tickets! The prices were already expensive enough. People can't afford this!"

One fan even pleaded with the pop star, writing, "Hey @Madonna I want to go to your tour but don't get crazy with the prices! Talk to @Ticketmaster eggs are too expensive now to spend top dollar for a ticket!!!"

As of this writing, neither Madonna nor anyone from Ticketmaster has responded to the complaints.

Madonna's "The Celebration" tour will feature the singer's greatest hits that were released throughout her 40-year reign in the music industry. "RuPaul's Drag Race" season 8 winner, Bob the Drag Queen, serves as special guest.
