Destiny's Child is one of the most legendary girl groups of all time and even though they rarely got together on stage in recent years, each member—Beyoncé, Kelly Rowland, and Michelle Williams—still manage to be iconic in their own unique ways.

The trio's success didn't happen overnight because before they shot into global stardom, fill up concert venues, and sold millions of records worldwide, they had humble beginnings by performing at Walmart supermarkets.

In one of their shows, a future big celebrity was in the audience and it was her ultimate goal to tell all three members about her experience, which happens to be a success.

Speaking to SiriusXM's "The Morning Mash Up," Lizzo recalled the time when she watched Destiny's Child perform at Walmart when she was in the fifth grade and she's been meaning to tell the trio her story ever since.

She began with Michelle Williams when they met at Bonnaroo years ago, saying, "okay, one member down, two to go."

Last week, the "Special" songstress finally told Beyoncé at the Grammy Awards ceremony. They gathered together later that evening with Kelly Rowland where they discussed the story over dinner.

"Beyoncé was like [to Rowland], 'Do you know she was at the show at the Walmart? I tell people we performed at Walmart all the time and they do not believe me,'" the musician said. (via Billboard)

The pop star later told them that she saw them performed at the supermarkets on Dunvale and Westheimer in Houston, Texas, to which Rowland responded with "[gasps] 'You were there?'"

The recent revelations come a week after both Lizzo and Beyoncé won big at this year's Grammy Awards Ceremony.

The flutist, whose real name is Melissa Viviane Jefferson, won the record of the year award for her chart-dominating hit "About Damn Time."

On the other hand, the "Reinaissance" hitmaker made history after becoming the most-awarded artist at the Grammys after winning four awards, including two dance/electronic awards. In total, the musician has now 32 Grammys under her belt along with 88 nominations (including her projects with The Carters and Destiny's Child).

In other updates, Lizzo has finally dropped her highly-anticipated remix collaboration with SZA titled "Special" which is now available for purchase and streaming on major music platforms.
