Little is known about the final moments of Tina Turner, but her last photo before her death has resurfaced online.

According to Page Six, Tina Turner's last photo before death was in March 2021.

The icon smiled in front of the camera as she held up her fists in the air in front of their television while "Tina" is playing in the background.

"I am so excited to share this movie with you - seeing the concert scenes made me relive some of the proudest moments of my life," she said at the time. "I simply had to sing along and dance around my living room."

"Tina" was a documentary film that chronicled the life of Tina Turner and her illustrious career spanning six decades. Artists like Oprah Winfrey, Katori Hall, her husband Erwin Bach, Jimmy Thomas, Angela Bassett, Rhonda Graam, Roger Davies, and even Terry Britten can be seen in the documentary.

There were a lot of photos posted on Turner's Twitter account, but all were promotional materials and throwback photos of the singer. The last one was the 2021 photo of her.

Tina Turner Cause of Death

According to a The Daily Mail report, Tina Turner's cause of death was due to natural causes.

The confirmation came days after the estate of Turner revealed her passing on her own Instagram account.

 "With her music and her boundless passion for life, she enchanted millions of fans around the world and inspired the stars of tomorrow," the statement read.

Tina Turner has experienced a long strain of health bouts throughout the years. She revealed in her 2018 memoir that she had "multiple life-threatening illnesses, she had a stroke, intestinal cancer, homeopathy, kidney failure, and high blood pressure.

Tributes from Angela Bassett, the Obamas, Oprah Winfrey, and Beyonce were all up on social media, with fans of the singer commemorating and honoring her legacy by streaming her songs on Spotify and Apple Music - leading to a spike in streaming.
