TMZ has learnt that Britney Spears and Sam Asghari have divorced following a heated altercation involving cheating allegations. According to sources with firsthand knowledge, Sam confronted Britney about claims that she walked out on him approximately a week ago, according to TMZ.

TMZ does now know whether the claim is true, but Sam reportedly bought into it, and the two got into a heated argument.

According to its sources, Sam has left their home and is now residing on his own.

It's only a matter of time before Sam files for divorce, according to one insider. According to TMZ, the couple's relationship has been in "deep trouble" for months. Sam Asghari was not spending a lot of time sleeping at the house, and according to reports, Britney and Sam have engaged in physical altercations during frequent screaming matches.

As was previously mentioned, Britney has a prenuptial agreement that safeguards her assets. However, a source tells TMZ that the marriage will most likely conclude with Britney writing Sam a check to end things, at least financially.

The writing has been on the wall if you've been following Britney's journey since leaving the conservatorship. Sam was reportedly fed up with Britney's erratic behavior at times. Sam has publicly defended Britney against detractors, but in private, he is reportedly irritated and at his wit's end.

Sam and Britney began dating in 2016 when he was hired to appear in one of her music videos. They have been mostly inseparable ever since.

Sam and Britney haven't spoken about the situation yet and have remained mum. It might be as a result of the singer's efforts to hasten her comeback. since it has moved slowly thus far. Britney Spears hasn't put out a full album in seven long years, but she hasn't been sitting around doing nothing. Spears has been battling for her freedom and creative control through her live performances and legal challenges to get out from under her conservatorship.

She is now making a deliberate and prudent decision to take a controlled approach to her comeback as she slowly but steadily returns to the music world. Spears sang "Hold Me Closer," a duet with the famous Elton John, last summer to celebrate her triumphant comeback.

After a long gap, this single's release was welcomed with overwhelmingly positive response from fans all around the world. Her ongoing appeal was confirmed when the song rocketed to the top 10 on charts across the globe, including the United States. After an absence of a year, she has returned with "Mind Your Business," another duet, this time with Will.I.Am of the Black Eyed Peas. This clever move demonstrates how Spears is methodically reentering the music business and steadily reclaiming her place as one of the best pop musicians in the world.
