Travis Kelce had an unintentionally awkward moment with Taylor Swift's dad, Scott Kingsley Swift, and it was caught on camera.
Kelce joined the crowd and watched Swift's Eras Tour stop at Buenos Aires' Estadio River Plate on Saturday, November 11, after missing the first night of the tour leg. He watched the show with Swift's father but had an awkward moment with him.
What Happened to Travis Kelce?
Taylor surprised her fans when she changed a lyric of her song, "Karma," and sang, "Karma is the guy on the Chiefs coming straight home to me" instead.
Videos taken from the show captured the Kansas City Chiefs tight end flashing a smile while Scott tapped him on the shoulder before lifting his arms up. But at one point, Scott tried to high-five Kelce but failed to receive it as the athlete was covering his face as he was blushing already.
Swifties took to Twitter and shared how hilarious the moment was despite the awkwardness that came afterward.
One said, "The fact Scott Swift wants to high five him cuz his daughter named him in a song. so cute!"

Scott Kingsley Swift Gives Travis Kelce His Approval
Following their interactions during the concert, a body language expert revealed the signs that Scott had given Kelce his seal of approval.
Aside from wearing a Kansas City Chiefs lanyard, the proud father also recorded the tight end several times as he supported the "Look What You Made Me Do" singer.
Body language expert Judi James said, "For the dad of a daughter, Scott shows no signs of being anything other than delighted here. It's traditional for a dad to be wary and a little protective and possessive, but Scott's non-verbal signals here look nothing but delighted that his daughter is dating a leading sporting star."
