Sean Diddy Combs is served with another lawsuit days after settling his sexual assault lawsuit with Cassie.

In the new lawsuit, Combs is accused of drugging her, raping her, and filming the encounter.

Sean Diddy Combs Drugged, Raped, Filmed Someone In 1991

According to The Daily Beast, the accuser, named Joi Dickerson-Neal, alleged Combs that he "videotaped his crime and distributed the tape to others in the music industry, causing severe harm to Ms. Dickerson-Neal's reputation, career prospects, and emotional well-being."

According to the complaint, the assault happened in 1991, as Neal was a Syracuse University student at the time. He "reluctantly" agreed to a dinner with Combs in 1991 while she was in New York. Per the accuser, she was "intentionally drugged," resulting in a state of being where she could not independently stand or walk.

"Driving first to a music studio where she could not get out of the car, Combs proceeded to a place he was staying to sexually assault her," the complaint reads.

Days later, Neal was approached by DeVante Swing, a member of the R&B group Jodeci, who told her that "everyone" had already seen the video of their sex scandal.

Worried that Jodeci would lose their record deal, Swing did not speak up against Combs, causing Neal to be admitted to the hospital for severe depression and suicidal thoughts. She even dropped out of college.

"As Combs' success and wealth rose quickly, she tried to block his existence out," the complaint further read. "Seeking accountability from Combs under the law is one more step in that journey."

Neal then revealed that she tried to file a report at the time but witnesses backed out because they were scared of Combs' "wrath."

Sean Diddy Combs Denies The Allegations

In a statement to The Daily Beast, Sean Diddy Combs denied the accusations thrown at him.

His spokesperson said this in a statement: "This last-minute lawsuit is an example of how a well-intentioned law can be turned on its head. Ms. Dickerson's 32-year-old story is made up and not credible. Mr. Combs never assaulted her, and she implicates companies that did not exist. This is purely a money grab and nothing more."

Notably, the stream of sexual assault lawsuits can be attributed to New York City's near-expiring Adult Survivors Act. The act gave adult survivors of sexual assault to sue their abusers which would otherwise be too late to file because of the statute of limitations.
