Recent reports indicate that Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are currently navigating challenges in their marriage, struggling to find common ground on significant matters.

Despite officially becoming a married couple in 2021, Gwen, 54, and Blake, 47, have been spending less time together in recent months.

The couple celebrated New Year's Eve in separate time zones due to their work commitments. The renowned country singer took to the stage at WinStar World Casino between Oklahoma and Texas, while Gwen attended a glamorous gathering in Las Vegas, Nevada.

After the festive occasion, an undisclosed informant revealed to Life & Style that Blake felt distressed and saddened by his inability to be by his wife's side for the night.

The anonymous source indicates that Gwen and Blake's marriage is currently encountering challenges, marked by disagreements over various aspects such as career choices, parenting, and how they prioritize their time together.

"Lately, they've been at odds about everything from career decisions and the parenting of her three boys to where they spend most of their time."

Unfortunately, these differences have led to increasing tension and a growing distance between Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton.

Giving Up The Vices

As the year concluded, the country superstar made a solemn promise to himself - he was determined to reduce his alcohol consumption.

This decision came despite his remarkable success as a singer-songwriter and host of the popular game show, "Barmageddon," which debuted on television in December 2022.

In a recent Entertainment Tonight interview, Blake Shelton, alongside Carson Daly and Lee Metzger, disclosed his role as one of the co-creators of the show.

During the conversation, Blake candidly shared his New Year's Resolution, expressing his ongoing struggle with curbing his drinking habits.

"I mean, it's a resolution though. And I'll say it again right now -- that's my New Year's resolution. Is to either cut back or stop drinking altogether."
