50 Cent won't get sole custody over his son that easily. The mom would not allow it without a fight.

50 Cent's ex Daphne Joy is now accusing the rapper of rape and physical abuse, after he filed legal paperwork so he can be the sole custodian of their son.

This, after Daphne Joy is named as one of the sex workers of the controversial Diddy amid the latter's trafficking probe.

Plot Twist: Who is the Real Abuser?

"Let's put the real focus on your true evil actions of raping me and physically abusing me," Daphne Joy claimed on Instagram Thursday. "You are no longer my oppressor and my God will handle you from this point on."

Daphne Joy, who shares son Sire, now 11, with 50 Cent, 48, said the rapper has already "permanently damaged the last hope" she has of him being the father he should be for their son.

Daphne Joy Defending Diddy?

The OnlyFans model, 37, said that 50 Cent is presently "wreaking havoc, frenzy, and chaos onto people's lives."

Joy also slammed the "Power" actor's co-parenting skills, claiming that he more or less abandoned his child, seeing him for only 10 times in the 2 years they lived so nearby - just one mile away from him in New York.

"I am tired of upholding and protecting an image to our son that you have never even earned," she wrote.

She also asked 50 Cent to think what he would feel if it is their son who is being handcuffed, for no reason.

Could she be defending Diddy?

It can be remembered that it was reported how Diddy's own sons were allegedly handcuffed.

50 Cent though has already seen to it that these allegations would be cut short by denying everything.

It can be remembered that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) raided Sean "Diddy" Combs' houses in Miami and Los Angeles on Monday; at one of the residences, his two sons appeared to be handcuffed.

The searches are believed to be related to a federal investigation into sex trafficking that is headquartered in New York. Combs has been the target of lawsuits in recent months alleging sexual assault and human trafficking, charges he has refuted. On Monday, there appeared to be video of two men in handcuffs outside Combs' Los Angeles house in Holmby Hills.

Later on, sources told ABC News that they were recognized as Justin and Christian "King" Combs, the rapper's kids.

It is understood that the two guys were being held outside while agents searched the property rather than being placed under arrest.

50 Cent Denies All

In a statement to Page Six, 50's rep said, "The disturbing allegations in the sworn pleadings recently filed in a court case related to Daphne Joy the mother of my 12-year-old child, has required me to take all necessary legal actions to protect my son Sire."

"The most recent false and baseless accusations by Daphne Joy are clearly in response to my decision to seek sole custody of my son. My son Sire is my main priority and keeping him in a safe environment is my only focus at this time," the statement further read.
