While Sean "Diddy" Combs is dealing with sex and drug trafficking probe, another lawsuit emerged. This time, the suit named not only him as a defendant, but primarily his son.

This legal action claims that his son Christian Combs committed sexual assault against a woman during a yacht trip chartered by the music industry icon in late 2022.

Meanwhile, Combs himself is accused of "aiding and abetting."

Diddy's Son Sued for Sexual Assault

According to NBC, a legal complaint was lodged on Thursday, April 4, in Los Angeles County Superior Court by Grace O'Marcaigh, who claims that the rapper's son, 26, committed a sexual assault against her in late December 2022.

The incident occurred during her employment on a boat charter advertised as a family-friendly outing but transformed into an environment of excess and indulgence.

The alleged assault took place days before Diddy hosted a yacht party on New Year's Eve with a star-studded guest list.

Included in the lawsuit are transcripts of audio recordings where she can be heard rejecting his advances while Christian allegedly touched her inappropriately.

The tapes were reportedly captured by a producer in the studio, as detailed in the suit.

Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones, the producer who captured the audio, was present at the time of the supposed assault. He claims in his lawsuit that he was obligated to record Diddy continuously and has amassed extensive footage showing the music mogul and his team involved in illicit activities.

Meanwhile, Diddy is named in the same lawsuit as a defendant. He is accused of aiding and abetting his son in the purported assault.

Upon receiving an inquiry on Thursday evening, neither spokespersons for Christian nor Diddy provided an immediate response.

According to lawyer Tyrone Blackburn, who represents O'Marcaigh, "Like father, like son."

"It gives us no joy or pleasure in filing this suit against Christian Combs who has clearly adopted his father's pattern and practice of depravity."

Who is Christian Combs' Alleged Victim?

Grace O'Marcaigh worked as a steward on a luxury yacht when she was 25 years old, and she was responsible for serving meals and drinks from dusk till dawn.

Her job exposed her to a world of excess where she witnessed a whirlwind of parties, drug use, and interactions between alleged sex workers and celebrities.

In her legal complaint, she further claims to have noticed suspicious behavior because of her job, such as women experiencing sudden and extreme reactions after consuming what seemed to be laced alcoholic beverages.

Based on the suit, on Dec. 28, 2022, O'Marcaigh was initially informed that Christian Combs would be joining the party to record with music producer Rod Jones in the yacht's makeshift studio.

Eventually, O'Marcaigh caught Christina's eye.

She was then allegedly urged to consume shots of tequila that she suspected he had smuggled onboard.

Following the initial shot, O'Marcaigh alleges that Christian's demeanor shifted, pressuring her to consume more drinks.

Upon realizing the unsettling effects of the tequila, O'Marcaigh grew apprehensive, suspecting it had been laced with something to drug her.

As the night unfolded, Christian allegedly made unwanted advances, touching O'Marcaigh in inappropriate ways, as can allegedly be heard in the recorded interactions.

According to NBC News, it was able to hear two clips of audio transcribed in the suit purportedly from the night of Dec. 28, 2022, but is not sure who was recorded.

In the alleged audio, she declined alcohol, expressed her need to leave, and firmly objected to his advances, accompanied by what appeared to be kissing noises in the background.

The lawsuit implicating Christian in a sexual assault case comes after his father, has faced similar accusations from four different women since November 2023, all of which he vehemently refutes.
