Jelly Roll is amassing massive success as he is considered one of the most sought-after country musicians, having bagged several awards and nominations over the past year. More recently, the singer spoke about almost meeting Diddy in person, but he decided to back out at the last minute due to a bad feeling.

The country star and his wife Bunnie XO recently sat down for an interview on the Cancelled With Tana Mongeau podcast, during which he recalled almost meeting the controversial rapper when they were scheduled to appear on Jimmy Kimmel Live!

"This is the first time in my career, ever, where they said, 'Do you want to meet such-and-such?' And I said, 'Yeah,' and I started walking that way," he recalled.

While walking down the hallway, Jelly Roll immediately thought of returning to his car but didn't know why at first.

"When we were walking, I was like, I don't know. Very seldom does things rub me in a way where I was like, 'I don't even know if that's a picture I want,'" he added. (via Taste of Country)
