Todrick Hall is shutting down any speculation he has "Bad Blood" with Taylor Swift.

The singer, who has been besties with Swift for several years, came under fire on Tuesday when several eagle-eyed Swifties saw he liked an Instagram post about Courtney Love's recent tirade against the "Cruel Summer" singer and several other artists.

In a recent interview, Love reacted to the massive public infatuation with Swift, stating that she did not think she was significant as a musician. Hall liked a picture that pulled a quote from the article, which read: "Taylor is not important. She might be a safe space for girls, and she's probably the Madonna of now, but she's not interesting as an artist."

Once fans noticed that Hall had liked the photo, they quickly called his friendship with Swift into question. The next day, Hall took to his Instagram story to address the speculation.

"To be clear, I am in rehearsals for Burlesque in London and was scrolling through the internet and saw Taylor in a post so I liked it. I do not agree with Miss Love, I am forever on Taylor's side and I guess I didn't even consider someone would be wild enough to talk poorly about her so I just liked it," Hall said.

Hall is currently preparing to star in a musical adaptation of the Cher and Christina Aguilera movie musical Burlesque, which he is also contributing new music to.

"Thanks for bringing it to my attention, I'll be more careful when liking posts in the future," he concluded. "Ok, back to rehearsal! Love you Taylor!"

Hall and Swift have been friends for several years. She has recruited him to dance in her music videos, notably in "Look What You Made Me Do" and "You Need to Calm Down," which he also executive produced with her.

Aside from her comments about Swift, Love also criticized Beyonce in the recent interview, stating although she has respect for her as an artist, she does not care for her music.

"I mean, I like the idea of doing a country record because it's about Black women going into spaces where previously only white women have been allowed, not that I like it much. As a concept, I love it. I just don't like her music," she says.

The Hole singer admits that "being liked was never her thing," as she has frequently engaged in public feuds with celebrities like Madonna, Olivia Rodrigo, and more.

"People used to say that I was so difficult. They said I was disagreeable. Yes, I am completely disagreeable and I'm never going to apologize for that. I always wanted to be known as a bitch."

Following this situation, it is clear who will and who won't be listening to Swift's new album, out on Friday. The Tortured Poets Department features 16 new tracks, with Swifties already activating their super-sleuth capabilities to decode each hidden message from the Grammy-winner.

Spotify constructed a library activation to celebrate the upcoming album in Los Angeles. At the fan event, Swifties are speculating that most tracks on the new record will be about her breakup with Joe Alwyn after their six year relationship.
