A surprising revelation emerged when Keefe's attorney, Carl Arnold, boldly declared during a media interview that he cautioned individuals against trusting his client.
Arnold told CBS affiliate KLAS-TV that he has no doubt that that Keefe is "a liar."
He mentioned that Keefe initially assumed that he would receive immunity from legal consequences by providing details about the events surrounding Tupac's death in 1996.
In 2008, Keefe made shocking revelations about his involvement in the alleged murder of Tupac by his nephew Orlando Anderson in a drive-by shooting.
Recently, an audio recording of Keefe's confession during the interview was presented as evidence in court, causing Keefe to erupt in anger.
In light of the situation, Arnold insists that Keefe provided false information regarding his location that evening, pointing out the absence of DNA evidence to support Keefe's account. "Anybody can say 'Well, I gave this person the gun and he shot Tupac,'" the lawyer said. "I don't believe he was there."
Arnold suspects that Keefe's untruthfulness may ultimately result in his acquittal.

In light of recent developments, Nevada prosecutors intend to expedite the review and submission of documents as part of the ongoing legal proceedings.
At the recent court hearing, Chief Deputy District Attorney Binu Palal informed Judge Carli Kierny that the prosecution had acquired all the required paperwork from multiple agencies.
In a separate development, Arnold disclosed that the prosecution gave him certain redacted documents during the preliminary case review. Judge Kierny has set up a follow-up session for July 23, with the trial slated to commence approximately on November 4.
