Aphex Twin never ceases to amaze. The enigmatic producer is coming off of the release of his first album in 13 years, Syro, and now has reveals some very interesting news about his kids. According to him and not surprisingly musical talent runs in the family. He recently uploaded to his soundcloud four tracks that he is saying were produced by his 6-year old son when he was five years old. According to an interview where this information is revealed, his son did this without any help Richard D. James.

His son's music is not the greatest thing you will ever hear, but for a 5-year-old it is impressive since he had to learn how to use the equipment and then create some sort of cohesive sounds that fit together.

In the same interview, we find out that his 8-year-old son is quite skilled with computers already and judging by how Aphex Twin did some of the promo for the album, the ability to handle computers should also run in the family.

The Syro producer exploded back into the music community's consciousness when a blimp with the Aphex Twin logo appeared over the London sky in late August. Then a few days later, the logo started to appear on the streets of New York, most notably outside of famed Webster Hall. Then he released a cryptic peace of code on his website that was later deciphered to be the tracklist of his album when you viewed it through the deep net. There has been no word on whether or not Aphex Twin will be taking the album on the road since the release on Sep. 22, but we hope to see him out there soon. Maybe he will bring his son on the road as an opener?
