A Tribe Called Quest's Q-Tip announced on Twitter Tuesday that the hip-hop group would be playing two final shows in New York City before calling it quits.

The two dates support Kanye West for the "Yeezus" tour on Nov. 20 at the Barclays Center and on Nov. 24 at Madison Square Garden.

The band formed in the mid-eighties in Queens, New York. According to Rolling Stone, They signed a demo deal with Geffen in 1989, which included hits such as "I Left My Wallet in El Segundo" and "Can I Kick It?"

Between 1990 and 1998, the group released five records which all hit either gold or platinum. They broke up in 1998 but reunited in 2004 for Rock the Bells. They have been touring here and there over the years and reunited at SXSW this year. As the Tweet mentions, the group also recently played a show for the H20 Music Festival in Los Angeles.

Q-Tip told Rolling Stone in May that he will likely feature A Tribe Called Quest members on his next album, so they aren't completely dissapearing.
