It looks like 29-year-old Emile Hirsch may have gotten himself into a bit of trouble this past weekend. The actor, who has been in Park City, Utah, for the Sundance Film Festival to promote his upcoming film Ten Thousand Saints, reportedly got into some sort of physical altercation with a female executive from Paramount.

Page Six was one of the first news outlets to report on the incident, saying:

"Police were called to Tao nightclub in Park City, Utah, at around 3:30 a.m. on Sunday after the movie exec, whose name has not been confirmed but who works for Paramount, told security she had been assaulted.

"While it is not clear what sparked the drama at the packed club, a witness told us, 'Something happened between the movie exec and Emile, and she said she had been assaulted and asked security to call the police. Emile didn't leave the scene, and calmly waited for the police to arrive, and spoke with them until around 5 a.m., after which he went home with his friends. No arrests were made.'"

The female executive who has yet to be identified was reportedly contemplating speaking with police again Sunday, Jan. 25, to file a formal complaint. Those close to the actor were reportedly having a hard time imagining him in any sort of altercation with a woman.

He flew to Park City to promote his film Ten Thousand Saints, which will premiere there next Friday. It is said to be based on a book that follows a group of friends, lovers, parents and children from 1987 through 2006 in New York City as they survive the straight-edge punk scene as well as the AIDS epidemic.

As of now, Hirsch is still expected to stick around at Sundance to enjoy the fun.
