Chicago's largest, pure electronic music festival, Spring Awakening Music Festival, has announced the lineup for the 2015 edition this summer. Taking place in historic Soldier Field, where the NFL's Chicago Bears play their football, React Presents will be welcoming a large and diverse group of DJs to their flagship event in June. Spring Awakening will be hosting your typical group of headlining acts in Zedd and Eric Prydz Friday, Hardwell and Diplo Saturday and Tiësto and Afrojack Sunday with a surprise headliner still to be announced.
In addition to a large main stage, there will be three branded stages led by large names in their field. German trance DJ Paul van Dyk will helm the Trance Arena, Zomboy will captain the Bass Kitchen and Jamie Jones will lead the Beatport stage.
The Chicago festival scene is becoming more crowded with Wavefront Festival, North Coast Music Festival and the omnipotent Lollapalooza. Spring Awakening is showing with this lineup that it can hang with the big boys.
