Passion Pit isn't just releasing a new album, the band is also prepping a month-long North American tour. Today (Feb. 23), following the band's Kindred album announcement and the release of its new single "Lifted up (1985)," Passion Pit unveiled its 2015 live plans.

After playing one-off shows in New Orleans, Austin, Phoenix and overseas, Passion Pit will kick off its official 2015 tour on April 26 in Norfolk, Virgina, Consequence of Sound reports.

The live dates, which launch just five days after the release of Kindred, will cross the United States, hitting Brooklyn, San Diego and Salt Lake City before wrapping up on May 30 in Napa, California, at the BottleRock Festival.

In between, Passion Pit will be playing dual dates in Washington, D.C., and Seattle.
