Giuliana Rancic is having a really bad week. Not only has she been catching heat for a derogatory comment that she made about  Zendaya Coleman on Oscar night, but now we are hearing that she is not exactly enjoying smooth sailing at home, either. Her husband Bill Rancic does not want to raise their son in Los Angeles even half the time, and from the sound of it many of her colleagues at E! would not mind if she relocated permanently. Her marriage is on the rocks and her future at the network is shaky.

As it turns out, the segment where Rancic claimed that Coleman's dreadlocks must smell like a combination of patchouli oil and weed was not a random moment caught on camera. Instead, it was actually done in three different takes, with her making the same comment each time as Fashion Police co-star Kelly Osbourne objected. In her mind, Coleman is a friend of the show and should not have been disrespected on camera, but Rancic ignored Osbourne's advice and let everyone hear her thoughts.

Supposedly, some of her Fashion Police co-stars are now hoping Rancic is handed her walking papers, something her husband would also like.

According to a report by Radar Online, "From Day 1 of when they began dating, Bill made it clear Chicago was where the family would live. Los Angeles just isn't for Bill longterm, and he doesn't want to raise Duke surrounded by the bright lights of Hollywood. Using work as the excuse to remain in Los Angeles is no longer working for Giuliana. Bill has issued an ultimatum ... time to choose your family over your job. He pointed out that Giuliana could easily shoot segments for the news show [E! News] in Chicago, and fly back for Fashion Police as needed," explained the insider.

While Coleman has officially accepted Rancic's apology, that has not put her on steady footing with the network. As far as her home life goes, it has been more than three months since Rancic has been spotted together at an event with her husband. That seems to be a really long time for these two, as they used to really go out of their way to make their marriage work.

Which do you think is going to collapse first: her gig at E! or her marriage? Tell us your thoughts in the comments section below.
