RECESS Music & Ideas Festival has announced its 2015 tour dates. The event concept brings together some of the finest up-and-coming musicians, entrepreneurial minds and startups in the United States together and travels to large college campuses all across the country. The festival will feature musicians like The Chainsmokers, Jessie J, Logic, Matt & Kim, Kyle and others. Presented by Dallas Mavericks owner, Shark Tank host and financial guru Mark Cuban, the touring festival series was created by two Indiana University students. They originally founded the electronic music festival Glowfest, which hosted the likes of Afrojack, but changed their concept to include a speaker series and workshops with bright young minds from around the country.

The festival will head to Indiana University, the University of Maryland, the University of Maine and elsewhere. Not every school will be getting a musical performance, however. Included will be the discussions and lectures by heads of startups with a Shark Tank-style pitch competition and networking fair that combines business with pleasure.

Just a few of the speakers include Jermaine DupreeDhani Jones, chairman of Qey CapitalTom Montgomery, co-founder of Chubbies Shorts; and Chip Conley, head of global hospitality and strategy at Airbnb.

Check out the dates below and head to RECESS's website to get more information on the concept and see how you can participate or attend.
