It has been a little more than 24 hours since Caitlyn Jenner decided to reveal herself to the world and already her impact has been huge. While Bruce Jenner may have struggled with living a self-proclaimed lie that left him fighting off the paparazzi and never really connecting on a deep level with anyone, Caitlyn is already quite the opposite. Bruce Jenner was the subject of many cruel jokes over the last 18 months and thankfully, Caitlyn seems to have been welcomed and received with widespread acceptance. Her docuseries on E! Is scheduled to air this summer but we have learned, none of her older children, Burt, Brandon, Brody and Cassandra Jenner will be appearing in it.

According to a report by Page Six, "Pulitzer Prize winner Buzz Bissinger said Tuesday that the athlete's children are excited for their parent and believe she could "have a legacy, really, along the lines of Muhammad Ali, an athlete who has made social change. And at their own risk of financial gain and exposure, they said, 'No, we are not going to do it. We do not want to participate in something that we are concerned will be a spectacle because it's being produced by the same company that did Keeping up with the Kardashians." Not only did those Jenner kids refuse to go on her show, they pleaded with their dad to pull the plug on it." explains Bissinger who spent many hours with Jenner for Vanity Fair's exclusive interview.

We have heard, at least up until now, that Jenner has complete control over her docuseries and has final editing rights over everything before it makes it on-air. Do you think that will ultimately be enough to keep the whole project from turning scandalous? Do you blame the older Jenner kids from deciding not to take part in what could feasibly turn into a fiasco? Are they smart to steer clear and do you think that maybe by doing so there will be less content that can be twisted and sensationalized?

Jenner's 22-page piece in Vanity Fair is out later this week. Will you be grabbing a copy or are you confused by why everyone seems to invested in the live of Caitlyn Jenner? Tell us your thoughts in the comments below!
