Washington D.C. rapper, Fat Trel, has released his first mixtape of the year aptly titled Georgetown after the wealthy area of the city and the university. The surprise 16-track tape has some big name features from the likes of Fetty Wap, Wale, Rick Ross and Troy Ave. Production is also provided by some heavyweight hip-hop producers like 808 Mafia, Cool & Dre and Young Chop.

The MMG rapper has made several freestyles and a few songs over the first five months of the year including the personal Mother's Day track, "Dear Momma," but this is his first full-length project of the year. It has the same street-driven sound that Fat Trel has become known for, as well as some slower, more personal tracks like the aforementioned "Dear Momma."
