UK superstar electronic-pop band, Duran Duran has announced the name and release date of its 14th album, Paper Gods. Singer Simon le Bon, keyboardist Nick Rhodes, drummer Rodger Taylor and bassist John Taylor will release Paper Gods on September 11 through Warner Bros. Records. The LP will feature some pretty big names like Janelle Monáe, who sings on the albums first single, "Pressure Off," Kiesza, former Red Hot Chili Peppers' guitarist John Frusciante and oddly enough -- Lindsay Lohan. Duran Duran worked with some heavyweight producers like Nile Rodgers, Mark Ronson, Josh Blair and producer/singer Mr. Hudson on the project.

The album will have a bit of everything from the band who balance the light and the dark in the project.

"It really goes back to that strange early Duran mix: the hard-edged pop, coexisting with this dark, weird, experimental side," John says. "That's something that's essential to all of us," Rhodes adds. "It's great to be able to lift people's spirits - and your own - with a strong shot of pure pop, but the world we live in isn't all just made of that stuff, so it seems natural to me that we have kept one foot in the darker, more Gothic side of life."

In addition to the new album, the band has announced a slew of new tour dates this summer and fall that will take them across Europe, the UK and around the United States to some of the biggest festivals and venues the countries have to offer.
