Miley Cyrus' slow-burning Bangerz album opener and the record's third single has gotten a dance-friendly remix. Today (Feb. 11) a new version of "Adore You" popped up online, with a club remix courtesy of "Summertime Sadness" mixer Cedric Gervais.

The new remix features the same longing vocals from Cyrus, who proclaims her unending love for her man, but the chorus features a sports arena-inducing beat. That signature dance mix cymbal beat helps build momentum into the now explosive instrumental chorus.

The fact that Cyrus and her camp got Gervais on board to do the "Adore You" remix should have come as no surprise to fans of Cyrus and dance music. Last year, Gervais gave crooner Lana Del Rey her biggest hit with a remix of "Summertime Sadness," a song that Cyrus is notably a fan of, seeing as how she's covered it live several times.

Moreover, despite its vocal strength and controversial music video, the love ballad has failed to resonate on the charts as well as Cyrus' first two Bangerz singles "We Can't Stop" and "Wrecking Ball" did. Those songs landed at Nos. 2 and 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, respectively, while "Adore You" has thus far only peaked at No. 22.
