If the dozens of women stepping up against Bill Cosby still wasn't enough to convince you that he's had a not-so-respectable past, Cosby himself put rape allegations to rest by previously admitting under wraps that: yes, he has given drugs to women and used drugs to sedate "at least one woman in order to have sex with her."

In 2005, the Cosby Show comedian settled a case in which he testified under oath to having acquired Quaaludes, using them to sedate at least one woman in order to have intercourse with her. At the time, things seemed to blow over. After a fight from Cosby's lawyers, AP now holds the court documents which reveal Cosby's unfortunate truths, notes MTV News.

The affirmation probably won't come as a shock to anyone who's even remotely informed on the Cosby allegations that have swarmed the news and encompassed the lives of those who found strength to come forward with their dark secrets. From the start, fellow comedian Judd Apatow was one of few celebrities to denounce Cosby and call for the cancellation of his tour once the rumors began circulating. The Freaks and Geeks producer summed up feelings for a lot of people in an interview with Esquire.

"I don't think there is anything new here. It is only new to people who didn't believe an enormous amount of women who stated clearly that he drugged them," Apatow said. "We shouldn't need Bill Cosby to admit it to believe forty people who were victimized by him."

Apatow wrapped up by conveying optimism that Phylicia Rashad and Camille Cosby, who originally stood by the 77-year-old in the midst of the gossip, would come forward and admit they were wrong in backing the man who was responsible for the pain of over two dozen women spanning four decades. So far, both Rashad and Camille Cosby have kept to themselves.

"I am sure there are many victims who have not come forward. Maybe now more people in show business and all around our country will stand up and tell the people he attacked that we support you and believe you," Apatow continued. "I also hope Camille Cosby and Phylicia Rashad will now stand with the victims and not with their attacker."
