Talk show host Wendy Williams is at again, saying it how she means it and holding no thought back during her live taping of The Wendy Williams Show's "Hot Topics" segment. During a recent taping, Williams made allegations that Dancing With The Stars (DWTS) contestant Kim Zolciak, who just recently suffered a stroke after a performance on the dance competition, faked it as a publicity stunt. Zolciak fired back at the hot topics queen via Instagram, calling Williams "disgusting" and "appalling".

The Instagram post from former Real Housewives of Atlanta (RHOA) star Kim Zolciak is a direct response to the allegations talk show host Wendy Williams made toward her recent hospitalization, after suffering a mini-stroke.

The post states that Williams' comments about the season 21 DWTS' contestant were appalling and disgusting after Williams alleged Zolciak faked the health condition as a publicity stunt.

EUR reported that the Don't Be Tardy For the Wedding reality star is not happy with Williams and her team of producers after insinuating that she faked the mini stroke, then inviting her to be featured on the show via Skype.

Williams addressed the recent mini-stroke by showing a photo that Zolciak posted of herself in the hospital. Williams stated, "to me a stroke is more important than a selfie." The talk show host went on to tell the audience how Zolciak "allegedly" suffered a mini stroke last week.

"Kim my thought is, I hope you're not fibbing about the stroke," the talk show host stated. "I too wanted to get off Dancing With The Stars...if you wanted to get off...all you had to do was stub your toe."

The mini-stroke has caused Zolciak to miss this week's competition according to People. The site reported that Zolciak was "stuck at home" and would miss this week with partner Tony Dovolani.

Dancing with the Stars airs Monday nights at 8 p.m.
